Last updated: 2026-10-01

Our approach

Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. respects intellectual property. We respond to notices that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and to equivalent notices under other laws.

How to send a notice

Use the contact form and choose the topic "Copyright notice". The form asks for each element below. A notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  • Identification of the material on this site you say is infringing, with its URL.
  • Your contact information, including an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notification

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notification through the same form. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

Repeat infringers and forwarding

The site has no user uploads. Our repeat infringer policy applies to any material contributed to the site: we will stop accepting material from anyone who repeatedly infringes. We may forward a notice or counter-notification to the party concerned.
