General information, not advice

The rankings, reviews, comparisons, calculator and guides are general information about IT asset inventory tools. They are not legal, compliance, security, financial or purchasing advice. Decide what fits your organization with your own assessment and, where needed, professional advice.

How scores are set

Scores follow the published methodology: seven weighted criteria, with totals computed from the published weights.

Accuracy of vendor information

Vendor facts come from public vendor pages on the dates shown on each page. Products, prices and ownership change. Confirm anything that matters to a purchase directly with the vendor. If you find an error, send it through the contact form with a public source.

Trademarks

Product and company names belong to their owners. Using them here does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.

Our content and how you can use it

The text, scores, data tables, coverage grid and design of the site belong to us. You may read and use them for personal purposes and for internal business purposes, such as a tool evaluation inside your organization. You may quote short passages if you credit Asset Inventory Ranked and link to the page you quote. Republishing substantial parts of the site requires our written permission.
